TEF Canada is the test used in an application for Canadian citizenship when you are already in possession of permanent residence; the TEFAQ is used for obtaining the CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) to request your permanent residence.
Created in 1998 by the French Language Centre of the CCI Paris Ile-de-France, the TEF (Test d'Evaluation de Français) is an international benchmark test that measures your level of knowledge and skills in French.
The TEF Quebec (TEFAQ) is recognised by the Immigration, Francisation et Intégration Québec (MIFI) to make an official immigration application.
