Industrial Construction and Maintenance Mechanics (French)

Learn to install, maintain, and repair mechanical and hydraulic systems using computers or PLCs. Assist in production line assembly and plant start-ups. Understand basics of electricity, electronics, and automation. Work with pumps, presses, conveyors, compressors, and industrial machines.

Acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and modify mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrohydraulic and electropneumatic systems, assisted by computers or programmable logic controllers, participate in the assembly of production line equipment or the start-up of a plant, have notions of electricity, electronics, welding, piping, machining, vibration analysis, as well as automation, work with equipment or systems such as pumps, presses, fans, speed variators and reducers, conveyors, compactors, compressors, electric motors, handling equipment and industrial production machines.
