Postponement
Students wishing to postpone the start of their course must notify CGH College in advance. A new letter of acceptance will be issued free of charge for students studying under 6 months. For students studying over 6 months, a $100 CAD fee will apply.

Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation occurs relative to the program start date:

Before Program Start Date:

  • Less than 10 days after registration: 100% tuition refund
  • 31 days or more before the program starts: 70% tuition refund
  • Less than 30 days before the program starts: 60% tuition refund

After Program Start Date:

  • 1-10% of the program completed: 50% tuition refund
  • 11-24% of the program completed: 30% tuition refund
  • 25% or more of the program completed: No refund

Visa Refusal
Students who cancel due to a visa refusal will receive a full refund, minus the registration and accommodation placement fees, upon receipt of the original Canadian visa refusal letter.

Program Changes
Students may upgrade but cannot downgrade their program. Switching from a full-time to a part-time program requires cancellation and reapplication, subject to the refund policy.

Note: Students with a CGH College study permit for Canada are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 60-90 working days from receipt of the cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made to the original payer. If paid through an agency, the agency must request the refund.

Non-Refundable Fees
The registration fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
